Does BMS replace medical monitoring?
No. BMS is a fitness, nutrition, and wellness platform. While you can find qualified and certified professionals, we don't replace medical care.
About the Professionals
Who are the BMS professionals?
At BMS, you'll find personal trainers, nutritionists, and other health and performance specialists. Each professional's specialty is always clearly described in their profile.
Are all professionals verified?
Yes. When a professional appears as “certified,” it means that BMS has verified their professional license.
Can I rate the professionals?
Yes. 30 days after purchasing the service, you'll receive a review request. Your feedback helps build the platform's rating system and ensure the quality of the community.
Monitoring and Plans
How does monitoring work?
When you purchase or subscribe to professional support, you have direct access to all your program's plans and information in the BMS app.
How often are plans updated?
It depends on the professional and their needs. Plans are typically monthly, but each professional can set different terms.
Can I record what I do?
Yes. The BMS app has a training and nutrition log so that professionals can track their progress.
What if you have a specific health condition (such as diabetes or high blood pressure)?
BMS professionals tailor plans to your specific needs. However, remember: BMS is not a substitute for medical care.
How the marketplace works
How do I choose the Professional?
BMS suggests the most suitable professionals for you, based on your characteristics and preferences. But the final choice is always yours.
What if I change Professionals?
All your plans are saved in the app, even if you change Professionals.
Access to plans
Can I download the plans?
Yes. You can always download the plans in PDF format.
What happens when my subscription ends?
You keep your progress history, but access to plans is suspended until you have an active subscription again.
Quality and safety
How does BMS ensure the quality of its services?
We have proprietary metrics to track Professional performance. Additionally, all Client reviews are included in the platform's rating system.
What if the service doesn't match what I purchased?
In these cases, you may request a replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Payments and refunds
How do I pay for services?
Payment is made directly on the BMS app/website through SIBS (credit card, debit card or MB Way).
When will I receive my refund?
After BMS's decision (up to 7 business days), we initiate the refund via SIBS. The amount may take between 2 and 10 business days to appear in your account.
And the Professional, when does he receive payment?
Payment is held for security purposes for 7 days after the service is provided. After this period, the Professional receives the net amount (BMS commission already discounted) within 5 business days.
What if there is a cancellation or withdrawal?
If you cancel within the legal deadline (14 days for services not yet initiated, or within the policy defined by the Professional), a refund will be processed. BMS's commission will be adjusted accordingly.
What happens if the Professional cancels?
You receive a full refund. In this case, the Professional bears the cost of the commission and any administrative fees.
Extraordinary situations
Something unexpected happened, like illness or a mandatory closure. What now?
In these cases, BMS may issue a full or partial credit, or allow you to reschedule the service. Talk to your professional and we'll help you get everything right.
Documentation and taxation
Do I receive an invoice/receipt for my purchase?
Yes. All Professionals are required to issue an invoice or receipt.
