To initiate a request to return or exchange your purchase, simply start a conversation with the team using the chat icon found in the bottom right corner of our website, identifying your order using the reference you received in the purchase confirmation email.

All our prices include all applicable taxes for purchases within the European Union. Additional taxes may be charged for purchases in countries outside the European Union.
